Court Rules & Policies
- Court is open from 6:00AM - 11:00PM.
- NO WALK-INS ALLOWED.
- First come first served and strictly by booking to reserve.
- Extension of reserved time slot is allowed only if court is still available.
- Bookings are strictly per hour only, half hours must be paid in full.
- Pre-pay basis will be strictly implemented for court only bookings.
- NO PAY, NO PLAY.
- Payments and transactions can be settled in GCash and Maya.
- Bookings can be rescheduled once, provided changes are made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for cancelled bookings.
- Needs of a coach, trainer, ballboy and tennis balls are all available by request upon booking.
- Courtesy and adherence to tennis etiquette are expected at all times. Any unruly behavior may result in eviction from the court before refund.
- Appropriate and proper tennis attire must be worn. Always wear non-marking tennis shoes.
- If the player is late, the reservation starts and ends at the agreed time. No time extensions allowed. Full payment will be charged.
- Asian Land property is to be respected. No littering/spitting on court grounds.
- Check-in with the court coordinator before and after play.
- Consider all players and everyone's desire to enjoy and use the facility.
- Smoking/Vaping is prohibited indoors.
- Alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the facility.
- The court must be used for tennis only.
- Tennis balls and ballboys are available upon request.
- Asian Land will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons, property or valuables in the subdivision premises.
- Children under 12 years old must have adult supervision.
- Coaching is available upon scheduling. Austennis offers private and group lessons for all ages and level.
- Lessons are available from Monday to Sunday by schedule and booking only.
- Cancellation / Rescheduling of lesson should be done at least 24 hours before the session.
- Payment for the training session will be given directly to the coach/trainer.
- If student is late, the lesson starts and ends on the agreed time. Full payment will be charged.
- Outside coaches and trainers are welcome, but guest coach fee of P500 will be charged.
- Guest coaches must bring their own tennis balls for trainings.
